Hi All,
Ever since I got the email on Friday saying we have been allocated a SW I have suffered immense innsomnia. The reason being that when I go to bed my head just starts racing... I am being patient and keep telling myself we have a long way to go..
Has anyone else had this??? or is my body just preparing me for placement...lol...

I had that Louise, and then once the inteviews started I had it worse as I constantly replayed the interview in my head and then worried what DH might say in his. Control freak, that's me!
I found the easiest thing for me to do was talk it through with dh to the point where every night he was asleep or grunting answers and I was still yabbing away. I think for about six months the last thing dh said to me every night was please go to sleep now!
I then started to imagine what this child might look like and that made me happy to go to sleep. I was way off by the way, for a start, I thought she would be a boy!

Thanks Goggly,
I showed DH what you wrote and he said "OMG you mean I have to put up with months of this, I am buying you sleeping pills". lol...
I went to bed at 8:30 last night but despite that I still only got about 7 hours sleep but I feel a lot better now. (she types as yawning at her desk.lol..)
Cheers, L:)
