Does anyone have a herb garden?
I am just about to plant one and am looking for tips on what will be good at this time of year.
Gardening is not my strong point, but I am determined to suceed with this!!

Yes I do sometimes. Basil will only grow well in summer and if you cut off the seeds growing it will last longer. I can offer a good pesto recipe for later on. Chives are good as they are like spring onions only smaller. They are perenial and will come and go. Plant mint in a pot or put it with the pot in the pot as it tends to go out of control. Oregano is great to grow. You can pick it and dry it and use it nicely in dishes. It will keep growing. Parsley continues to grow but it can slow down in some periods. Coriander only lasts a season. Sage grows and grows. Most of these need to be picked to keep them going. waiting. happy planting

put some manure into your garden bed - chicken poo is fine, and then put a huge layer of mulch like sugar cane... Waiting.
